Craft high quality distilled water, hydrosols, and flavorsome spirits by transforming the Create+ Boiler 25 L or Grainfather G30 into an alembic distilling system by adding the Create+ Alembic Copper Dome and condenser.*

Unlike a reflux condenser, the Alembic Condenser retains and enhances the flavors and aromas from a wash, making it ideal for crafting spirits like whiskey, bourbon, rum, and gin.

The Alembic Copper Condenser features a 2" tri-clamp connection allowing for it to be connected to 2" tri-clamp accessories, giving you the option to experiment with different setups and attachments for a truly bespoke experience.

The Alembic Condenser is also compatible with the Grainfather Alembic Condenser Attachment Kit and Distilling Lid*, it can convert a G40 or G70 into a Pot Still, making it suitable for distilling larger batches of all-grain spirits.
