Description

Perfect for mason jar food fermentations. The one-way silicone airlock allows gas from fermentation activity to escape without letting oxygen in. No need to burp the jar or mess with water-filled cup airlocks. Fits most wide-mouth mason jars, and can be used with the standard metal locking ring for the lid.

Fermentation made easy and reliable
The bent opening can clog if small particles float to the top. I place a whole cabbage leaf beneath the glass weight. I've never had a bad batch of kraut, pickles, or kimchi using this product.

I hate the plastic package it comes in
I hate the plastic package it comes in. I like the product but will not from you again as each lid is in a separate plastic package.
