what dry yeast do you recommend?

BEST ANSWER: Windsor will leave some residual sweetness but is slow to start. Nottingham will finish drier. My go to is usually Nottingham.

A very nice basic “school night” beer. Great flavor that reminds me of some actual beers I had in Scotland. I’m adding this to the winter rotation.
