Great universal wheat beer yeast.
My go to yeast for a low esther wheat beer.. Mild yeast character, lends itself well to flavorings.

really good for weizens
good option for wheat beers, I think you have to control the temperature control more in wheat beers and whit this yeast is no the exeption, I have change the temperature whit the same recipe and get really diferent results. but always a good option.

Awesome American Wheat
Picked up a couple of sachets of this last time I was in Concord. I always keep multiple varieties of dry yeast around; there are certain styles they just work for, and of course sometimes you just need to kick a fermenter in the butt.

This produces a really clean wheat flavor profile. American, not Belgian. Think the wheat version of the California (safale 05) profile and you're not far off. Highly recommeded if you want a strong yeast that gets the job done without leaving too much of itself behind.
