BEST ANSWER: The outside diameter is 7/8". I found that I need both the nylon and the stainless washers in order to fit the hole plug in my kettle.

The inside diameter is 1". The outside diameter is 1-3/8". Hope this is what you wanted to know.

The OD is ~1.275 inch, the ID is ~0.980 inch and the thickness is 0.14 inch.

Fits perfectly

I lost the gasket to my spiggot and had to replace it. This fits perfectly, and makes a perfect seal with no leaks when bottling.
