The Replacement Screen for 12 Cup French Press
The Replacement Screen for 12 Cup French Press were exactly what I ordered but I'm only giving you one star because your packaging was way beyond wasteful and unnecessary! You sent these two flat pieces of screen, which couldn't have weighed more than an ounce (or two at the most!!), in a huge box, wastefully filled with packing paper, when you could have sliipped them in a 6.5 x 9.5 manilla envelope and saved a lot on postage as well as being more environmentally responsible. Shame on you!!

It was hard to find these local and I bought from here. I was glad and very happy with the screen. Will but again.

Works well!
The coffee made in my 20 year old French Press was increasingly full of grounds. I noticed that the filter was pretty bent up. I researched replacement filters, considering both price & shipping, & this was the best price. Apparently these filters are supposed to be replaced yearly - who knew? The 12 C filters are not as readily available as the 8 C.

Great Screen
I had looked all over for these replacement screens for our large French press. Was glad to find them. The only problem was the center reinforcement was too narrow for our apparatus, but my husband easily pulled it out, and now it works perfectly.
