Named after the rich mountainous landscape of the Pacific Northwest, Talus® was originally developed by crossing a neomexicanus strain with open pollination from a Pacific NW hop—resulting in a gorgeous new hop brand that's as stunning as the landscape from which hails. A daughter of Sabro®, this aroma hop is a great for any hop-forward styles including Pale Ale, IPA, Hazys, or Hoppy Lagers and IPLs.
