Description

A late variety peach with outstanding flavor, grown in Oregon and California orchards.

Use one to two cans per 5-gallon batch of beer or mead. One can will give a slight flavor while two cans will produce a more pronounced fruit flavor. Because the product is sterile you can add directly to your fermenter for maximum flavor. There is no need to boil the puree. This product can also be used to make excellent fruit wines.

Any recommendations for adding peach flavor to apple cider? Thinking about adding this to secondary.
John Pitta on Nov 22, 2021
BEST ANSWER: It will probably be a good way to get the peach flavor you are looking for but it will be full of pectin. That's not a problem if you are not worried about clarity of the finished product. You can add pectic enzyme early to break down the pectin, but you will then have some waist sediment to get rid of and lose a little overall quantity in the finished product. Hope that helps a little.

Oregon Fruit Products are amazing
Nice aseptic purees with really nice fruit expression especially if you don't have access to high quality locally grown fruit.
