The BrewKeg10 from WilliamsWarn is a 2.5 gallon unitank fermenter that allows you to ferment, carbonate and serve all in one vessel. With dueling BrewKegs to ferment you'll have the freedom to experiment with every 5 gallon batch you brew. Pitch different yeast strains to get two variations of the same beer. Dry hop in one and not the other, or ferment at different temperatures. Or brew smaller 2.5 gallon batches in your Brewie, filling one Brewkeg10 at a time. Brew like a mad scientist and see where your wildest theorems will take you!
We've been using this combination of Brewie and Brewkegs in the Morebeer! Brew Lab and honestly it could not be easier. The Brewie represents the most hands off brewing system available and the BrewKegs eliminate oxidation and kegging. Once wort goes in, the keg never needs to be opened, which eliminates the very common problem of oxidation. At the end of fermentation, clarifier is introduced using the BrewKeg injector. When the final haze settles out, the bottom yeast and trub is removed via the collection ball. The BrewKeg collection ball is especially effective at removing yeast and trub because of the large 2" bottom opening. With the collection ball removed the fermenter handles and feels exactly like a keg. Fermenting under pressure will allow you to make lagers at warmer temperatures. Additionally the beer will be carbonated at the end of fermentation and ready to drink immediately.
B20 System from Brewie:
The Brewie can produce up to 5 gallons of wort without any supervision. The process is simple, just add the ingredients and start the recipe program. You will have chilled wort, ready to be pitched when the process is complete. There is even a cleaning cycle you can run after you have pumped the wort into your sanitized fermenter!
Beginner and advanced brewers alike will love the simplicity of crafting and executing their own recipes using ingredients of their choice. Brewers can take full control of each batch as Brewie lets you set every single parameter, mashing, sparging or hopping. For future brews, call up your personalized recipe from the digital display, add your ingredients, then go have a beer and relax! No more standing over your kettle and waiting.
Control your Brewie from just about anywhere! The Brewie allows you to monitor and control your brew day from a smartphone, tablet, or laptop and tracks the data from every batch you brew. Manage your batches and connect with other Brewie owners with Brewie's Social Platform.
Also available are Brewie Pad recipe kits, an excellent choice for beginner brewers. Simply empty the ingredients into the specified locations, select the preloaded recipe from the digital display, then go have a beer and relax! Brewie Pad recipe kits use high quality and fresh ingredients making great tasting beer every time you brew.

BrewKeg10 from WilliamsWarn
Ferment under pressure and serve 10 L (2.6 gal) of beer (or cider!) from the same vessel without ever transferring! The BrewKeg from WilliamsWarn is a unitank that allows you to ferment, carbonate and serve all in one vessel, saving you money on other equipment.
The BrewKeg lets you ferment up to 10 L (2.6 gal) of wort at up to 25 psi. The tank itself is larger than 10 L giving it the perfect amount of headspace to give you 10 L (2.6 gal) of finished beer. Fermenting under pressure reduces esters allowing your beer to ferment at higher and more varied temperatures. Fermenting under pressure also produces clearer beer! The fermenter also includes a yeast collection ball so you can remove yeast and trub without having to rack to a separate vessel. The BrewKegs all stainless steel construction and conical bottom make it perfect for extract, partial extract, and all-grain brewers.
Why we like the BrewKeg: We can use two Brewkegs per five gallon batch, and with the low profile, fit them both into a kegerator for fermentation. When fermentation is done, crank down the temp, remove the yeast/trub collection ball and start immediately drinking because the beer is already carbonated. Using two Brewkegs per five gallon batch allows us to split yeast strains which gives us two variations of the same beer. Or dry hop in one and not the other. The pressure relief assembly is the slickest out there and very easy to use.
This Kit Includes:
*App currently in development and expected to be released in April. Although the Brewie+ has been announced, the original unit will continue to receive software updates via WiFi and will be fully compatible with the mobile app.
