Lambert cherries are a dark red, heart-shaped fruit that is similar in size to the Bing. A rich, sweet flavor has kept this variety popular.

Use one to two cans per 5-gallon batch of beer or mead. One can will give a slight flavor while two cans will produce a more pronounced fruit flavor. Because the product is sterile you can add directly to your fermenter for maximum flavor. There is no need to boil the puree. This product can also be used to make excellent fruit wines.

BEST ANSWER: 1 is PLENTY! Tart Cherry is just that...tart. Almost could be mistaken for a sour beer. I have made it 2 times and liked it. Other fruits are a bit more complicated but this is pretty straight forward. E

One can did the job. Sat in secondary for 1 week. Beautiful color and great tart cherry taste. Almost like brewing a sour without the Lacto! This is a solid flavor.
