Polled the ladies that I am making it for and this one won 8/2 over peach. I have made the peach one also and it is good also. I add 4 cups of sugar and reduce the flavor pack by 40%.

BEST ANSWER: I believe they are around 8%. I have cheched in the past and they ranged from 7-9%. Hope that helps

Very good taste and simple!
I would highly recommend this product. Very easy to follow instructions and excellent tasting finished product. The only thing I would say is a negative, which it’s not really, is that it doesn’t taste like strawberry to my family and I. It’s more like fresh apple to us.

Great summer wine cooler.
I nickname these wine kits "fortified cool aid". I modify the kit slightly by adding 5 cups of sugar and only add half of the sweetener/flavor pack. The sweetness of the wine after adding only half the pack can still handle the higher alc percentage of about 9.5%.

These wines are very popular with my friends and are a perfect kit for a beginning wine maker or for someone that does not want to wait to drink it once bottled. I have made the Strawberry Sensation kit twice due to popular demand and getting requests to make it again this spring.

I would not use this wine to "pair" with your favorite fancy dinner, but it would be perfect for a summer BBQ or just sitting around with friends and good times.
