Running late but don't want to leave home without a couple of bottles of your latest creation? The Nukatap Counter Pressure Bottle Filler will have your precious cargo packed and ready at the drop of a hat! Slip it right into the nozzle of your Nukatap, Intertap, or other forward-sealing faucet to fill bottles right from the tap. Gas can be quickly connected using a bare end of 8 mm OD EVABarrier tubing, or connect the included Ball Lock Adapter to hook up gas using a Ball Lock Quick Disconnect. Not enough room under your draft tower? No problem! Like the gas-in port, you can swap out the push-in spout for the Duotight adapter, allowing you to connect tubing directly to the filler, or connect a Ball Lock Post Adapter and use a Ball Lock jumper line to fill right off your keg. While other fillers on the market force you to purchase upgrade accessories to improve functionality, the Nukatap Filler gives you more options to fill right from the get-go.

This unit is designed to fill multiple sizes of beer bottles up to 500 mL thanks to the telescopic filling stem. We recommend starting with it fully extended, then insert the stem till your at the bottom of the bottle, purge the bottle with CO2, then press the stem all the way in to form a seal on your bottle.

Counterpressure filling is the absolute best option for packaging beer from your keg without affecting its quality. Filling a growler straight from the tap is always an option, but if you want your beer to be at its best when you share it with the world, this is only way to go. The Nukatap Filler will make sure your brew doesn't pick up oxygen or lose carbonation in the filling process, keeping your creation in tip-top condition

  • All stainless steel counter pressure filler
  • Push-in spout compatible with forward-sealing faucets
  • (2) 8 mm Duotight adapters for filler and NukaTap spout
  • (2) Ball Lock Post Adapters (Red / Yellow)

Is the unit submersible? Could a sanitizing technique be to submerse in Star San after rinsing?
James K on Jul 25, 2022
BEST ANSWER: I recommend disassembling the unit for cleaning after each use. Submerging it in Star San will not clean it effectively. It's quick and easy.
Step 1: Flush beer line and all exterior parts of filler with hot water
Step 2: Unscrew pressure relief valve and remove. Careful! Don't lose the spring!
Step 3: Rinse relief valve assembly and flush body and relief port with hot water
Step 4: Spray relief port, inside of body, and valve parts with Star San
Step 5: Reassemble and push Star San through beer line and don't rinse the line
Stpe 6: Cleaning complete
When I attach the gas line it hisses continuously. Is it supposed to do that? I assumed it would only have gas going through it when I pushed the purge button. Just want to make sure mine isn’t defective.
Nicholas Golden on Jan 14, 2023
BEST ANSWER: It is not supposed to leak around the fitting or through the purge button. 1) If it's leaking around the fitting, ensure you have the correct setup. I use a ball-lock quick connect connected to the red gas fitting that is included in the box. You need to thread the duotite fitting into the filler, then insert the red fitting securely into the duotite fitting for a good seal. You don't want to be inserting/removing the tubing or red fitting in/out of the duotite fitting. 2) If it's leaking through the purge valve, ensure you have the gas line coming off the regulator at a reasonable pressure. you only need a few psi, since it is only purging the bottle. I use about 8-10 psi for good flow. If that doesn't fix it, there may be a piece of foreign material in the purge valve that needs to be removed to allow it to seal.
Is the top - the rubber part which goes over the bottle - big enough for 64oz growlers to seal properly?
Stephen Riddle on Feb 14, 2023
BEST ANSWER: It does not fit on a 64oz screw-top growler. The seal lip contacts the edge of the top of the finish (where the lid seals). The seal is designed to fit tightly on a standard 26mm finish on a beer bottle.

I recommend filling a growler by first using the purge feature by extending the tube into the bottle and purging with CO2. Then my preference is to use a fairly large silicone hose (3/8" - 1/2" I.D.) slipped over the beer tap ( I use Nukataps) and pushed fully into the growler and fill directly from the beer tap, then cap on foam.
How do I tell if this will fit my tap? Thx.
Chris Tessitore on Feb 2, 2022
BEST ANSWER: I use it with Nukatap forward sealant tap without problems. The set comes with Duotigh fitting that makes easy to connect to those kind of taps

Compact and simple
Love it. Just keep the PSI under 10 psi or else the PRV will just remain open and it will fill too fast. But it's really awesome to be able to just push this straight into a Nukatap, purge, and fill without needing open the keezer. Love the simplicity of the design.

good bottle filler
good filler but it takes some getting used to takes a lot of force to hold down on some bottles to keep from leaking

It's a decent option for the cost. Pros: In connects and disconnects very easily. It has a good CO2 purge button. Cons: The pressure release valve is finicky, resulting in foam sooner or later. And no independent ability to shut off the liquid flow (you have to shut off at the tap/source). Also, it's size usually won't allow bottle filling by plugging filler directly into tap (requiring more tubing and tube cleaning). Lastly, the telescoping wand isn't long enough for many big bottle (and I suspect the expanding size of the wand causes more foaming). I wish they sold separate screw-on solid wand sizes.

Overall, it's decent. Just not as great (or hassle free) as I hoped n

Get rid of the siphon and bottle from the keg!
This little handy dandy guy has been useful thus far in my home brew set up. I typically just pour from the tap, but if I’m going out of town and want to bring a case of beer with, I just prepare bottles and pull it right from the tap. A “T” duo-tight fitting, a few ball lock QD’s, some evabarrier 4mm ID line coming from the c02 and going to my counter pressure bottle filler AND the keg itself is all you need, the rest comes with the filler.

Nice bottle filler
Used to fill bottles from a snake keg to swing top grolsch bottles for giving away and parties.
It works really well but you have to keep quite firm pressure on the top to stop it lifting and spraying beer all over the place.
So, when filling a good amount of bottles you can get hand ache! But its still worth it - nice bottle filler.

A little disappointed
I’m a little disappointed. I was hoping to have a solution to quickly fill bottles without having to haul out my full Blichmann beer gun setup. I cannot get this to full without foam for the upper 1/2 of the bottle. I had such high hopes because it seems high quality with more connection options which would cover almost every setup. Maybe it’s user error but I’ve spent hours troubleshooting and wasted about 2 gallons of beer along the way.
