David B./MoreBeer, are you saying I can do a mini mash in my brew kettle? If so, can you provide instructions for this easier mini mash process? Thanks!
The bag is fine, but you don't need a second bottling bucket
To mini mash you are better off with a pot you can heat, and you do need the bag. The bucket is fine if you need it for bottling, but it;s not needed for a partial-mash, just the bag.
I agree with the comment from B. The large bag is what I use to mash my grains in a 8 gallon stainless steel kettle. I then transfer my my spigoted plastic MoreBeer Bucket to ferment. It is an easy mini mash process and I have made great beers.
