Great Malt
I love this stuff. Tastes great in pale ale, IPA, and kolsch, and and is useful for adding body and depth to stout.

Great effeciancy and flavor
I used this in a SMaSH beer with a belgian yeast strain. The malt character came out very well. I got a nice crackery, biscuity flavor from it. I plan on using it for pale ales and english style beers. Plus I got EXCELLENT effenciancy from it. The kernals are very plump.
