Is this rye malt?
ALEXANDER S on Dec 11, 2024
BEST ANSWER: No it is not rye malt. It is barley malt that imparts a nice red color in the finished beer. It can be used in high percentages and delivers a malty taste to the beer similar to a Munich malt.
