Description

1.6-2.3 °L - BestMalz - BestMalz's Pilsen is malted from choice, well modified, low-protein German barley. The resultant beers are light colored, clean, full-bodied and malty. Perfect for Pilsners and Kölsch, Wits, and Tripels. Works well for malt focused beers, as the clean character will allow for the full flavor of specialty malts to shine.

Best Pilsner Malt for a German-style, Saltine-cracker Pilsner Malt Taste!

I enjoy a German malt with that Saltine cracker-focused Pilsner Malt taste; BestMalz Pilsen Malt provides that flavor more than some other brands of Pilsner malt (that I also enjoy), and with some subtlety still.

If you want Saltine cracker taste "cranked up to 11" then go get Best Heidelberg Pilsner malt instead, or blend BestMalz Pilsen with Heidelberg to control the level of saltine cracker pilsner malt taste.
