Would this lid fit on the 7 gal Ss Brew Bucket Fermenter? I do not need to stack them and would like a little more head space on wine batches that have skins. I already own a Brew Bucket Fermenter.

BEST ANSWER: Yes, this domed lid fits the SS Brewtech Brew Bucket perfectly. The domed lid adds extra head space for heavy krausen formation and the 3" opening is big enough to drop in a mesh bag of hops for dry hopping. Of course you have to purchase a triclamp fitting to seal the top opening. I use mine for a 1/2" blow off tube fitting.

I am very happy with this domed lid for my 7 gallon brew bucket.
Is the tri-clamp fitting 1.5" or 3" ?

BEST ANSWER: You can get it either way. The 1.5” is sold only by more beer and the 3” is sold only by SS Brewtech. SS does NOT stock the 1.5”. SS uses more beer for their parts house. Also don’t buy a gasket as the lid comes with a new one.
Does anyone know if a #7 stopper will fit in the top?

Great upgrade for the Ss brew bucket
I like using this lid on the brew bucket. You should state in the description that it comes with a gasket.
