Great dry yeast for Bavarian Hefes
I used this dry yeast for a Bavarian Hefe and it worked out great. I wanted more of a clove flavor and fermented at the low end between 60-62 degrees and got the desired result.

Beast mode hefeweizen yeast
This yeast was awesome and performed beautifully in my hefeweizen... I couldn't be happier with it. I didn't need to make a starter or anything, plenty of cells in here for a 5 gallon batch. I rehydrated it for 15 minutes according to instructions, but that was optional and I'm not sure whether it had any effect. I highly recommend this yeast. And I also highly recommend that you use a blowoff tube with it, because fermentation will be quite vigorous. I'm now using the leftover yeast slurry from my hefeweizen batch to make a more experimental beer, wish me luck!

Great results
Used for the first time and really liked it. Seemed a bit quicker than say Wyeast 3068 and not as explosive. Direct pitched to a 1.061 wort @ 68*/70*, 1.019 in 4 days, finished @ 1.016 in 6 days.
