One Massive Problem!
Haven't tried it yet as in is still bottle priming.

HOWEVER - due to the use of the unmalted barley, it caused a massive stuck sparge and massive sedimant!! It took over 2 hours to finally complete, which is why I only gave this brew a 2.

I have only had one other stuck sparge, years ago, when I was making a pumpkin beer and it was nothing compared to the current one!

Wonderful flavor, texture, and character
This came out very similar to a Guinness style. Not as thick or heavy, but it has TONS of character and flavor. With a slightly higher alcohol content than a Guinness and a really smooth easy texture - this beer was way too easy to drink. This turned out to be a fan favorite as I shared it with a lot of people, and only heard positive reviews. Lots of requests to make it again. Definitely will.
