I called the mainline and Tony recommended this one and they have a history of being reliable so I am confident this will be a solid recipe.

Wonderful flavor, texture, and character
This came out very similar to a Guinness style. Not as thick or heavy, but it has TONS of character and flavor. With a slightly higher alcohol content than a Guinness and a really smooth easy texture - this beer was way too easy to drink. This turned out to be a fan favorite as I shared it with a lot of people, and only heard positive reviews. Lots of requests to make it again. Definitely will.
