A pound of Irish Moss...
A pound goes a lonnnnggggg way. Bought a pound about 24 months ago and have brewed approximately 80 batches in that time. 10-15 gallon batches too... Just starting to come to the bottom of the bag now...

A necessity
Every brew, with a good cold break and whirlpool, and crashing = Clean beer!

For clear beer
Second attempt at posting my review:

I add a teaspoon of this Irish moss to every 5 gallons I brew. It immediately goes to work, grasping desperately to haze-inducing proteins and dragging them, screaming, to the bottom of the kettle. (At least, that's how I like to picture that part.)

After chilling, the Irish moss and proteins are left at the bottom of the kettle as I siphon off the sweet, sweet wort into my waiting fermenters.

I can tell when I forget it.
I use 1 TBS in my 10 gallon batches. Does a good job.
