This 13" diameter, hinged, stainless false bottom will cover the entire concave bottom of a Sanke style keg. Stainless hinges (welded to the perforated stainless) allow the screen to be folded in half for easy placement and removal. Made of 18 gauge stainless, without legs. Typically used by brewers who are draining from the bottom of the keg (there is no hole in the center for a drainage tube.) See product our, H110 Stainless Screen (10 in.) - Flat, for a screen with hole. Or our WL331 Weldless Mash Keg conversion - Stainless or WL210 Welded Mash Conversion - Stainless for options for draining kegs through a valve on the side instead of the bottom.

Exactly what I needed
Using this as a FB in the bottom of a converted sanke keg that serves as my mashtun. It is perfect since I have a bottom drain 1.5" TC ferrule in my keg.

Poor craftsmanship
Too small for a 50L keg. Welding is a bit shoddy and the hinge warps the whole bottom. Poor quality of work. Ordered something else from another supplier and wrote this off as a bad experience.

I have used the Hinged False Bottom three times now each time it worked wonderfully.
The only problem I see is the handle stands very tall. If it had a hinged handle that lied down flat the handle would not be in the way.
