Description

Our favorite brewer gloves are made from a chemical resistant PVC that protects your hands from harsh cleaning chemicals. With a length of 21.5 in, these elbow length gloves allow you to reach into liquids while protecting your hands and forearms.  We also like these gloves because they offer more heat resistance than the standard green brewing gloves. 

Great for cleaning your brewery and handling brewing equipment in a sanitary way!

BEST ANSWER: As other answers have noted these gloves will give you a slight protection against heat for a just a few seconds. We do not recommend using these gloves for digging through hot mashes or boils, but they are wonderful for dealing with cleaning chemicals at lower temperatures.
What's the sizing like on these? I have pretty big hands, for example I usually wear XXL in Mechanix gloves. Just wondering if these will fit...most "one size fits all" tend to be way undersized for me.

BEST ANSWER: As others have noted these gloves fit well for someone who typically uses between L and XXL gloves. For people with smaller hands than that our other brewing gloves come in a Medium and a Large size.
At what temperature do these gloves break down? My previous gloves started to melt when I was scooping a sieve through the wort - that isn't an everyday task, but is has happened once or twice ..

BEST ANSWER: I have had to retrieve items in boiling wort with no detriment to the glove - they are not insulated however...

Good heavy gloves, not much thermal protection
Not bad at all, plenty long and plenty strong but not much protection in the way of thermal protection. Love them regardless, just gotta be careful when running a hot cleaning cycle

Keeps hands safe
This lets me use hotter water to clean. Has a bit of a smell though. The fingers are a bit long on me, it would be nice if there were additional sizes.

Nice gloves, WASH before use!
Good for squeezing my brew bag! Just wash them well with soap before you use them! Glad I did, green color washed off. Washed them 3 times and then no more color.

The gloves work well for me. I wear a large glove and these a just a little big but stay on and keep the cleaning chemicals off my arms. If you have medium hands you probably wouldn't like the fit.

Solid, sturdy gloves
I like the quality of these gloves and their up to the elbows length. I only wish that they came in several sizes rather than their makers taking a "one-size-fits-all" approach. These gloves are really large and even though I wear men's large winter gloves I find these brewing gloves too loose for good control.
