Smell great, but disintegrate!
I have always used real hops. This was my first experiment with pellets. I won't use them again. The beer is coming along nicely, but I had to strain the everloving hell out of the wort before bottling it. The pellets smelled great, but literally disintegrated once introduced to boiling wort, even bagged well. No doubt, they added lots of aroma during the boil, and I'm sure the end product will be quite nice, they were messy as hell. Just use regular natural hops.

Possibly my favorite noble hop
Used in my Kolsch. Possibly my favorite home brew to date. Looking forward to using this in a Helles recipe!

The Hallertau (1 oz) was one of 3 hops used, the other 2 being Northern Brewer (2 oz whole boil) & Czech Saaz (1 oz)
My ale is not finished yet but the initial tasting was very good. Am making a Scanfinavian inspired dark ale that features rye and juniper using "Voss" kveik yeast. P
