Vienna lager
Haven't lagered for to long
First taste is wonderful and only going to get better
The saphir hop smell is the first thing you sense and
it is spot on. Not in your face but makes you want to
taste the beer.
Can't wait to do a pils with these hops!!!!

Primarily Noble with Lemon/Tangerine Undertones
A nice balance of old world spice and new world citrus that favors the former over the latter. There’s a lemon/tangerine undertone, but the biggest aroma is noble spice (cinnamon seems to come to mind more so than black pepper). There’s also a gently metallic note that drives the crisp finish in lagers.

My new favorite aroma hop
Fantastic floral/fruity hop aroma works well in many Belgian styles. Also works great as a bittering or flavor hop in low-IBU styles like Wit or Munich Helles.
