Description

The newest wing capper on the market is the Kelly, made by the Ferrari Group in Italy.  We love this capper because it is easy to use, has a smooth capping action, a magnet in the capping head to hold crown caps, and solid metal jaws to firmly grasp the bottle. Sized for standard 26 mm crown caps.

BEST ANSWER: I am not sure about the Kelly bottle capper but the Emily bottle capper works if you remove the metal plates that clasp around the bottle. They remove fairly easily with a pair of pliers and can be clipped back in place for other bottles.

Easy to use
Glad I got this one! easy to use, I've only screwed up one cap out of 4+ dozen bottles, and that was probably user error.

good secure capper
I hold the bottle between my legs sitting down when capping. This capper goes onto the bottle smoother than any other capper I have used, such as the Emily. Releasing the capper from the bottle seemed slightly more awkward. Only used it on one batch so far.

This capper is very smooth to operate. The part that grips the bottle is very grippy and makes capping a variety of bottle styles very easy.
