Description
  • A-Type keg coupler fits most German beer kegs such as Paulaner and Spaten
  • Click-to-engage ergo lever handle
  • Includes 1/4" OD barbs for gas inlet and liquid outlet
  • Barb elbow outlet is ideal for low clearance keg storage and easier line routing

For Paulaner or Spaten keg, this is an A-Type keg tap. Also known as a keg coupler, keg tap, coupling, or adapter.

Both barbs measure 3/16" ID and 1/4" OD.

Note: This coupler comes with nuts and barbs for the gas in and beverage out but you must attach them yourself. Also this coupler does not have a pressure relief valve.

Leaked all of my CO2
I'm a big fan of German beers, so I ordered this sanke a couple years ago.

The very first keg where I ran out of CO2 mid-party, I figured maybe my tank wasn't as full as I thought. Then it happened again on a tank I knew was mostly full, so I double-checked all my fittings and couplers, bought a new Thomas valve just to be sure.

The third time it happened I could hear the CO2 hissing out of the seal between the sanke and the keg.

This thing is garbage. It's the only sanke I've ever owned (I've got almost the full set at this point) that leaks CO2 like this.

Don't buy this one.

Worked Flawlessly
I bought this to dispense German Octoberfest beer at a neighborhood event since Sanke taps do not fit German kegs. The tap worked flawlessly. I would recommend it for anyone tapping German style kegs.
