Great for customizing and expanding your modular gas line manifold!
This Add On Assembly for a gas manifold is easy to add to your existing manifold setup. Gives you the ability to expand your setup without having to buy a new manifold. Includes a shut off check/ball valve, one tee and a connecting nipple.
BEST ANSWER:The tee fitting has female threading on both sides and shipps with an included male-male pipe nipple. We recommend using a pressure relief valve, such as D1830, on the end of your manifold.

Yes, it is threaded on both sides. No, it does not come with an end plug. Like the title for this item, it is an “Add on”. Its intended use is for adding onto the end of a two or four gas manifold that already has an end plug. You simply unscrew the end plug, screw in your “Add On Assembly” and then screw in the end plug.
Just needed a little tefflon tape and this item worked great! Don't forget to test your fitting with soap or dunk them in water to ensure you don't have any CO2 leaks.
I bought the 4 way manifold a year back, and it worked great. Until one day I came home to an empty CO2 tank. After doing a leak test I discovered cracks in two of the assemblies. After removing the cracked ones and installing this replacement part, a crack developed in a third one. The fittings are made from solid brass, but the main T body is made from a lesser quality type of brass.
I bought this a while ago for a double keg system. Now I am getting a single shut off to add a third keg very easy to do. Not expensive to add a keg later on. Like I am doing. Keep up the great products. Thanks.
Good product - though you need to watch out for...
This product is a good low profile way to distribute co2 in your keezer. Just watch out for leaks as some of the heads I have bought in the past had small cracks in them and I had to return them...
Had a 4 port manifold with pressure release. Took that out put this in and put the pressure release back on the end of this. Worked great, now I have 5 taps in my converted fridge .
