Description

Keep your draft system dialed in with this regulator gas board for Duotight In-Line Regulators. The gas board can hold up to six regulators, allowing you to monitor and adjust the pressure going to each keg. In the example photo, the high pressure from the gas cylinder is fed to the regulator on the left, and then stepped down from there with the lowest pressure line in the right-most position. The holes for wall mounting the board and the holes for mounting the regulators are pre-drilled for easy installation. Made from food-grade polypropylene plastic.

Regulators, fittings, labels, and mounting hardware are not included.

For a fully rigged gas board, we recommend the following parts:

  • 4 x Inline Regulators
  • 8 x Rigid 8mm Joiners
  • 3 x Duotight 8mm Tee Pieces
  • 1 x Duotight 8mm Elbow

I currently have Bevflex 5/16 ID X 9/16 OD Beer Line Hose and Gas Line Hose (blue & Red). Will Duotight fittings work with this hose?

BEST ANSWER: These are made to work with 8mm EVAbarrier tubing which is a more rigid type of tubing than most beer line hoses and it has a much smaller OD than your 9/16 hose. There are DuoTight fittings that will work with (or adapt to) 1/4-inch OD tubing (0.635mm) and 3/8-inch OD tubing (9.5mm) though.
What are board dimensions?

BEST ANSWER: I got 12x10.25" i had to work around a bunch of wine bottles in my kegorator. Maybe 12x10"

Convenient board to mount regulators
I finally installed a set of secondary regulators so I can have a highly carbonated saison in the same kegerator as a stout. I added a third regulator for utility (force carbonation, beer transfer, etc). This board is a simple piece of plastic. You could probably buy a plastic cutting board and drill the holes yourself. However, it was a nice convenience to have them pre-drilled and spaced perfectly for the regulators. I used stainless steel #6 3/8" screws for attaching regulators to this board and stainless steel #10 3/4" screws for attaching board to inside of my kegerator. #10 5/8" may be a little safer - long enough to hold but less chance of hitting a coil in the side of kegerator.
