Description

Add great fruit flavor and aroma to your beer or kombucha with our natural fruit flavorings. Best if added just prior to bottling. We recommend you start by adding 2 oz per 5 gallon batch and then add more according to your taste. Contains no sugar or haze-causing pectins.

Glycol, Caramel Color(Sulfites), and Sodium Benzoate. Contains Sulfites

So...I ordered 4 bottles and they smell terrific! I'm super excited to try them out, but....not one bottle has a seal of any kind! It makes me very nervous to use straight into the end of fermentation or bottling as it recommends. How am I to trust that it is safe? Do I boil it before use? Anything you throw into your fermenter post boil you would think needs to be sanitized? Just has me concerned as I'm going to brew this week.

BEST ANSWER: Hi Aaron - If you are a little nervous, we suggest putting this in at the beginning/height of fermentation, as the strong yeast and co2 will inhibit bacterial growth.

Don't Buy

I brewed with 1 can of peach puree and it gave a faint peach flavor but as good. I bought this and put in 1.5oz in 5gal and made it undrinkable. It gave it a fake candy peach flavor and an off taste. Don't get this and only do puree.

Reliable

These fruit flavorings are nice to have available and are reliable. I use when either real fruit isn't available or I don't want real fruit to kick of additional fermentation.

Anyone having any of my brews, I add the fruit flavoring at either kegging or bottling, has raved about the beer.

want more flavor

got this and added some to my mango peach cider and really got the flavor I needed, so I added some to my orchid peach wine and again the flavor was great
