Typically, brewing requires you to boil your malt and hops for one hour, followed by another hour for cooling. Flash Brewing™ eliminates the need to boil. Our Flash Brewing™ malt recipes have been boiled and whirlpooled before they are dried. We then use a HopBite™ shot for bitterness combined with a mix of traditional hop pellets for flavor. Flash Yeast™ starts quickly and consistently produces clean beer that lets the malt and hops shine. The result is a high-quality beer that will absolutely surprise you.

The Flash Brewing™ Equipment Kit was made for beginner brewers who might not already own some of the essential equipment needed to brew Flash Brewing™ recipe kits. Flash Brews can be fermented in any wide mouth 6 or 7-gallon fermenter. The 7-gallon Fermonster fermenter is a perfect choice as the wide mouth allows you to easily pour in the ingredients.

Citra® Session Pale Ale
A sessionable beer with a light color and low ABV. Citrus and tropical fruity hop character on full display. 4.9% ABV | 30 IBUs
Blonde Ale
An easy drinking ale, low in esters, and balanced with enough hop character to accentuate the malt profile. 4.9% ABV | 15 IBUs
Cali Mountain Pale Ale
Inspired by one of the most iconic pale ales in the country: Sierra Nevada's Pale Ale. A simple recipe that creates a complex yet crushable brew. 5.6% ABV | 30 IBUs
Best Buds Pale Ale
Mosaic ® and Citra ® combine their complementary hop flavor profiles for a crowd-pleasing, smooth pale ale. 5.8% ABV | 30 IBUs
Flash Brewing recipe kits do not include priming sugar. For bottling, we recommend PopTops™ Swing Top Bottles and Pop Shots Carbonation Tablets.
