Description
With the FastWasher bottle washer you can clean and sanitize your bottles with ease! Simply place your bottles on the rack, lower the Fast Washer into a tub of sanitizer or clean water, turn it on and it does the rest! The FastWasher uses a 530 GPH submersible pump to shoot water or sanitizer up the neck of the bottle to make contact with the entire interior surface.


The FastWasher holds 12 bottles at a time. Perfect for use with 22 oz "Bomber" beer bottles or 750 ml wine bottles. Also compatible with 12 oz and swing top bottles.

Due to the presence of water, we highly recommend using a GFCI outlet adapter with the FastWasher. Check out the E100 below under "You Might Also Need".

The FastWasher is meant to be used alongside the FastRack Bottle Drying Rack & Storage System. The FastWasher does not include the bottle rack pictured on the box. If you do not have the FastRack, you can purchase the bottle rack piece separately (B535R).

The FastWasher requires a tub to operate correctly, which is not included. The recommended tub size is 20" x 16" x 8" or larger.

Quite pleased
I recently bottled 200 (22oz) bottles of cider. The fastwasher made short work of the cleaning/sterilization process. I have a bunch of the fastrack bottle racks, so swapping racks in and out of the washer was quick (turn off the pump first). Your going to need a deep tray for the washer. I chose a rubbermaid 15.6qt dishpan. Fits the washer perfectly.
It is necessary that the liquid level is all the way up to the bottom side of the washer while it is running. Otherwise the spray is weak and doesn't do much. If liquid level is past the top of the washer, returning liquid will pool inside bottles and block the spray. I rotate each bottle once during the cleaning process, because the spray doesn't hit exactly center in each bottle. Other than managing those parameters, the washer is straight forward to use. Run each batch for 3 minutes. It's faster and easier than my old process of washing each bottle separately.

Fast Wash makes fast work on bottles
I used to sanitize bottles by immersing them in a drum of sanitizing solution. You would have to dunk & drain the bottles by hand. It might have taken 20 minutes per case.

Now, I put a Fast Rack on top of a case of bottles, flip it over, place it on top of the Fast wash system, wait a few minutes, and lift off the rack into the drainer. This takes 5 minutes, tops!

This makes bottling fast and easy. Great product!

FastWasher - Bottle Washer for 22oz Bottles
I like it, it works with both beer and wine bottles, but the pump that comes with it should be upgraded a little bit. I have to move some of the wine bottles around a bit to make sure that the spray is going all the way to the top of the inside of the bottles. This problem might be that Star San is not the best acid sanitizer to use since it makes a little too much suds & bubbles.
