The 2 I ordered did, unfortunately as with most Fast Ferment equipment manufacturing QC is a bit lacking & the gasket always falls out of one of the lids. I have multiple spare gaskets and have tried swapping gaskets, the problem however seems to be the lid. If you can keep the gasket in place long enough to get the lid on, it does seal well on all but one of my fermenters.

Yes it does come with a gasket. However it is always good to have a couple on hand and they can be purchased individually at Morebeer. I hope this is helpful.
