Description

The Duotight In-Line regulator works with both gas and liquid. Easily adjust the flow with the yellow adjustment knob. 8 mm Duotight fittings at both inlet and outlet make this unit perfect for use with EVABarrier 8 mm OD tubing (D1717 or D1718).

Suitable for applications ranging from 0-150 psi. Since this unit does not have a built-in pressure gauge, it can be used in the full pressure range without ever needing to purchase or swap out the gauge. We recommend using an adjustable relief valve/spunding valve on your keg to set the pressure.

This regulator is perfect for lowering your mains water pressure for use with the Continuous Soda Carbonator Keg Lid.

Specifications:

  • Pressure Range: 0–150 psi
  • Suitable for mains water pressure
  • Liquid and gas compatible
  • Easily disassembles for cleaning
  • 8mm (5/16") Duotight fittings at both ends
  • Wall mountable
  • Made from non-corrosive acetyl, nitrile, and stainless parts

KegLand Part number: KL02172

Can the Doutight in-line regulator be used for flow control for beer leaving the keg going to the tap?
Steven Simpkins on May 1, 2022
BEST ANSWER: While not having used it for beer flow, I would think it will work since it handles CO2 gas perfectly (Spunding valves) with its smaller molecules. It would be easy to clean with its few parts. Perhaps sending an email to Kegland would give the definitive answer.
How is this Duotight In-line Regulator different from the BlowTie Diaphragm Spunding Valve? Can the Duotight be used the same way?

BlowTie Diaphragm Spunding Valve
BEST ANSWER: The regulator controls pressure entering your keg. The spunding valve controls pressure leaving your keg. The regulator makes sure your keg is never below a set pressure. The spunding valve makes sure your keg is never above a set pressure. They do different jobs and are not interchangable.

Works perfectly
We've had two of these in our keezer for a year with no issues. You may want to pick up a push in pressure gauge along with these to be able to dial in the pressure, it's a little finicky setting them up without it.
