1.9-3 L - Dingemans Malting - A great base malt that can be used for a variety of purposes. All German Lagers, Czech pilsners and Belgian specialties.

BEST ANSWER: Yes, in fact I used a single infusion BIAB protocol and brewed a wonderful American lager with this grain.
Any chance this is floor-malted?

Makes ecellent Europeon Pilsner
This is one of my favorite malts for Euro style pils, adds very good flavor for any lager.

Nice extraction in a tripel
Used this as part of the base malt for a clone of La Fin du Monde. The mash went well, but the beer is still in primary.
