Only all-metal sturdy capper I could find after my Ferrari cheapo broke after less than 100 bottles...

Best Capper Out There
This bench capper works as advertised. Heavy, smooth action, perfect capping. We got this as a backup for our bottling machine, which occasionally spits out uncapped bottles -- we really wish the machine capped as well!

Solid
Heavy duty. Still obviously manual but does a consistently good job.

beefy
This is a beefy bottle capper that works easily for capping bottles. Pricey, but worth it.

Great capper. Solid
I had a wing capper. It was okay but had trouble capping some bottles with a short lip. Then I bought a Ferrari bench capper. It worked well but after a couple hundred bottles a plastic piece snapped and in the trash it went. So I bit the bullet and bought this capper. It's so heavy and well built I imagine it'll be the last capper I have to buy. The capping mechanism is smooth and seeps to cap better than my old Ferrari. I've only capped one batch with it so I can't comment on durability but nothing on this capper feels cheap. The only downside is it takes a little bit of work to adjust the height. There is a more expensive model out there for 200.00 + that is easier to adjust if you want it. Not wort the extra cash in my opinion.

Commercial Grade
This capper is built like a tank. Heavy steel construction, not plastic that will end up flexing after a while.
So smooth, 2 heads 26 mm and 29mm. This is a Italian made masterpiece, made by folks who also make wine presses and other Commercial grade wine and beer brewing equipment. All high end.
I know this will outlive me easy.
No more miss caps, stuck caps in the head, having to set crappy looking bottles off to the side to be uncapped and re done. Only to find flat beer after a few weeks.
This replaced one of those plastic head bench models that sell for about 39.00.
Got 6 gallons of Citra Imperial Ale in dry hop waiting to put this awesome piece of equipment to work.
It's a bit pricey but a real good investment for the home brewer that bottles.
Height adjustment is prethreaded with eco freindley knob.
Love this thing

Perfect
I debated for weeks on what to buy as this seemed a little pricey. This thing is worth every penny. Very solid and smooth. Bonus surprise when it came in black vs red and blue on this picture.

Best Capper ever
this caper is amazing. i normally keg my beer, because of how much of a pain bottling is. i decided to brew a batch for a wedding gift and needed to bottle it. i hate the wing capers so started looking for a bench caper, but all the reviews were not promising. i knew about morebeer so decided to take a look at what they had and found this one. the price turned me off i did not want to spend more then $80 but the the pic of the caper looked industrial so i began looking for more info on this caper and after finding some videos on youtube i decided this caper was what i was looking for. the caper is amazing its heavy and capeds bottles better then all the wing capers i have used, the construction of this caper is amazing and i am pretty sure i will have this caper for ever.

Fantastic less one small problem
When this came it was more than I could ask for. Sturdy in a way that makes the $130 price seem small. It worked fantastically with the exception of my set of "stubbies".

There is no adjustment for bottles shorter than a 12oz. Or rather the 12oz setting is too high for stubbies and the next lowest is too low. You won't be capping ALL bottles with this capper.

Dear Grifo,

Please stop discriminating against height challenged beer bottles.
