I will use this to transfer beer from one keg to another keg to make sure that all the stuff that settles to the bottom stays in the 1st keg and doesn't get all stirred up when transporting the keg. The 2nd keg will be filled with nothing but clear beer with no risk of getting all cloudy from the trub that settles to the bottom during transport to a place you are going to serve.
