These Ball Lock Corny Kegs are a sturdy, reliable keg with the MoreBeer! seal of approval. These corny kegs are cleaned, de-labeled, sanitized, pressure tested and guaranteed to hold pressure upon delivery.

Every Ball Lock Cornelius Keg has a 5 gallon capacity and a rubber top and bottom. While these are used kegs with slight cosmetic damages, these light dings and scratches have no effect the keg’s performance. The relief valves, poppets and gaskets on these used kegs are not replaced before shipping, but we sell all of these items separately if you’d like to replace them yourself at home (part numbers KEG540, KEG450 & KEG500). If you’re looking for a truly economical way to serve your beer at home, this Ball Lock Cornelius Keg is a great option.

Most of my Cornelius kegs were bought from Moree Beer and they are shipped pressurized. The price is right and even though it's used it'llt will be good for a long time. None of my other kegs failed over a decade of brewing so I'm happy with them.

BEST ANSWER: Yes mine did.. the kegs can't seal without the dip tube and gas tube with their O ring gaskets which i recommend replacing with new O rings. Also consider new popits.
Are these kegs shipped sanitized and ready to fill?

not so sure about used
like the idea of reusing to save money and keep these things out of landfills......however I just went to keg a hefe, leaky gas in post, also took 40 psi to get lid to seal, highly doubt that will hold at serving pressure. We'll see if a gasket kit helps, maybe better off going with new or maybe they might consider selling this with new lids.

Holds pressure, but not cleaned
Ordered 2 kegs - both arrived pressurized, which was a plus. However, when opened, fairly clear that neither were cleaned. Significant crust and crud in both kegs - one even had a massive cola syrup smell when depressurized. Appreciate that they were pressure tested, but not confident that anything else was done. Will have to spend extra time scrubbing, triple checking gaskets, and sanitizing before use. Might as well spend $10 less on the cheaper version + a gasket kit.

Lids didn’t hold pressure
Couldn’t get either lid to seal properly once opened. Had to use a lid from another keg to get it to hold pressure. Wouldn’t buy again:

My first keg!
For me, absolutely perfect. Keg came in good shape, cleaned and sanitized. I gave it a good rinse, then started filling it with water to make seltzer. Working out perfectly so far.

Hoping this was a fluke because morebeer is usually pretty good.
The keg was fine but did not seal after it was cleaned. The rim was bent but it wasn't the issue. Luckily I had a spare lid on hand because I kegged my beer in the evening. It also came with two gas posts. I found this out after I pumped co2 in to seal it. Purchased this one online. I will go to my local morebeer outlet next time.
