BEST ANSWER: Yes it fits the Colt Strong High Pressure Bench Bottle Capper. I don't know if it fits any other cappers. It's interesting to note that although MoreBeer sells this 29 mm capper they do not carry 29 mm bottle caps.

29mm bell capper.

It sticks a bit on the up swing and leaves a bit of a impression on the cap but it seals just fine. I’ve done everything I can think of to get that to stop with no joy.
Still a quality product.
