Description

Brand new aluminum 20 lb CO2 tank made from high strength aluminum alloy and high quality CGA320 valves. Because it is made of aluminum rather than steel you can feel confident that it won’t rust. It’s called a 20lb tank because it holds 20lb of compressed (liquified) CO2. 20lb of CO2 is enough to dispense about 40x5 gallon kegs of homebrew.

All new CO2 tanks are shipped empty and will require either filling or exchanging for a full tank. Most local homebrew shops will stock gas to exchange, and many local welding supply companies can fill tanks on site. 
 
When in use CO2 tanks should always be stored in an upright position inside or outside of a refrigerator.

What's the difference between this 20lb tank and the other one for sale on this site (D1058)?

BEST ANSWER: Hi Randy - The difference between the two tanks is the supplier and that D1052 has a brushed finish, rather than a sleek finish on the D1058.

Got Mouse Trapped By Local CO2 Supplier
Tank fro More Beer was very nice, but local CO2 monopoly would only do swaps, not fills. Wound up with an equivalent new aluminum tank with lots of ugly green paint, etc. So, check the local situation. Might just want to "rent" their tanks.
