(General AA range 9-11.5%) The aroma/flavor is definitely American in nature with pungent aromas and pronounced flavor. Similar to, and blends well with Cascade, but without the grapefruit flavors of Cascade. Often used in conjunction with Chinook or Columbus.

These are whole hops (raw hops) that are great for dry hopping, as they can be less messy than pellet hops.

Not impressed
These hops appeared old and lacked any real fresh hop character. I used them to keg hop an IPA and had to dump the batch. Not on par with the quality of ingredients I've come to expect from More Beer.

Whole Hops!
The only thing better than using whole hops, is using fresh hops. But for being able to get quality whole hops at the store or online, these things can be difficult to get your hands on.
