Description

(General AA range 6.5-9%) Aroma and bittering for Pale Ales. The most popular hop we sell and the signature hop of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale! Cascade is the great aroma hop for all American-style ales, known for its grapefruit, citrus-y flavors and aromas. If you visit any brew pub and order any Pale Ale you are probably tasting Cascade hops. Occasionally used for bittering as well as flavor/aroma.

Excellent Quality
The quality of these hops was great, super fresh. The packaging is first rate and really insured that they arrived fresh and stayed that way until I need to use them. Plus the price was more than affordable especially when ordering other item. Now I will just throw some hops on all my orders.

Best hops for a hop head
I love the great hoppy American beers and have several Randalls for infusing additional hop flavor and aroma into finished commercial beers. It is a treat worth exploring if hops are like candy to you.

Great Hop, Great Packaging
Okay, I always feel bad buying hops from anyone other than my local Homebrew shop, but these are way better. Cascade is awesome but it's the packaging and treatmetn of these hops that sets it aprt from getting it at a local shop. Right away I could tell I was getting a fresher product. The cones were nice and soft, everything seemed fresh off the farm.

Great for mash hopping
I got these whole cone cascades to use in the mash, and they worked perfectly. Sealed well, fresh, and great aroma/flavor addition to my beer.
