28 L - Briess Malting - Victory malt gives a warm toasted nutty flavor which is great in Nut Brown Ales. Its clean flavor makes it well suited for ales and lagers alike, use in small amounts to add complexity and warm color.

This is a great malt to add just a bit more flavor to simple summertime beers. I add some of this to my base malt, with a single hop, and that's all it takes for a simple enjoyable recipe.

Great malt for an adjunct... I usually put in a half to one pound for flavor.

it is victorious
I imagine fighter jets and stealth bombers soaring overhead and laying down a wicked sonic boom when I use this on brew day. I also quite like the toasty notes it provides.

Nice flavor for amber
Added to my pale base to give the amber a bit more flavor. Recommended.
