Description

A food grade, 28" high temp plastic spoon perfect for stirring the mash or wort during brewing. Works best with 4 to 10 gallon size kettles.

Tip: Turn the spoon upside down and use the skinny end to stir inside a carboy. Plastic spoons are preferred when using plastic fermenters or bottling buckets as they are less likely to scratch.

Paddle too wide for smal vessels.
This spoon works adequately, but has a rougher surface than my old spoon making it less easy to sanitize. Also the paddle end is too wide to fit through the opening to stir smaller vessels such as makeup bottles. So I still have to use my old spoon. Perhaps note the exact width of the paddle or make it a bit smaller.

A good plastic spoon. Seems very durable. Haven't had any issuses.
