Please note: this False Bottom Kit is intended for use with an older generation of BrewBuilt kettles that are no longer produced. The kettle needs to have internal 1/2" female NPT threads to pair with the 1/2" male threads on the Quick Disconnect dip tube.
Convert the 10 Gal BrewBuilt NPT brewing kettle into a mash tun using this false bottom kits. The heavy duty false bottom rests low in the kettle, utilizing a Quick Disconnect maximizer that reduces dead space and pulls from the very bottom of your kettle, leaving no wort behind. A Silicone gasket rims the False Bottom, ensuring a tight seal to the wall with no chance of grain bypass. A handle is welded to the top of the false bottom for easy removal.
