The BrewBuilt Pressure Pack features a unique floating racking tube that can be used for taking samples, keg transfers, or serving finished beer. This innovative feature draws beer from the top down, which means you’re always pulling the clearest, most sediment-free beer possible. Using pressure to draw a sample from the floating dip tube will also eliminate the tiny bit of oxygen that would be injected into your beer every time the traditional sample valve is opened.

Pressure transferring from fermenter to keg is the best way to protect your beer from oxygen when it’s at its most vulnerable state. Kegging could be considered the final hurdle in the brewing process, where limiting oxygen exposure is critical. This could mean the difference between your beer tasting great for months or tasting great for a week. Don’t take any chances. Use the Pressure Pack to keg from the top down and leave sediment behind.

Installs on the 4" T.C. port welded into the lid of the BrewBuilt X1 Uni Conical. The 1.5" T.C. port on the pressure lid can be used for adding dry hops, installing the CoolStix™ for temperature control, or attaching a T.C. pressure relief valve during pressure fermentations. The welded hook underneath the pressure lid can be used to hang bagged hops or other additions.

If you're interested in fermenting under pressure with the X1 Uni, we recommend pairing the Pressure Pack with the Pressure Fermentation Kit.

Will the ball lock tubes clear / fit through the 3" dimeter of a 4" -3" TC reducer? Thanks
Chris Dornbach on Apr 15, 2021
BEST ANSWER: It depends on what type of reducer you have. With a short no-taper reducer, I do not see any way to make it fit. A coffee cup with a 3" ID will go over the two tubes and the U shaped hop bag hanger, but it is offset. The ID of the 4" gasket is about 3.75 inch and each tube has about .25 inch clearance toward the center. The hanger has slightly less clearance. One tube fitting is .5 inch long and the other is 2.0 inch, the hanger is about .875. If you have a 4" to 3" "conical" style offset adapter it would "probably" work.

Draft Beer from a conical
The pressure pack with clear float is excellent. Used with the Uni X1 conical, pressure fermenting kit and the flex chamber, I produced five gallons of clear draft beer. I am very happy with the results. I added a filter to the clear float since I was fermenting and dispensing, producing as they say, clear beer. Some beer remained when the tank was "empty", maybe because of my set up and line length, but I was able to drain the last 30 ounces or so into the flex chamber and consume.
most beer is retrieved
pours good with balanced line
