Pretty good magazine
The magazine was a little over my head when I first got back into brewing, but I am starting to understand more and enjoy the articles now.

Unreliable: late/failed deliveries, poor customer service
Delivery of 1st issue (Jan) took 2+ months after purchase. Never received 3rd issue (May). Told me they would resend issue, but didn’t get that either. Took 4 email exchanges with BYO before they would approve a refund—which they phrased: “Refund will be issued from the magazine agency you have subscribed from.” I’ll believe that when I see it. Another problem with this clunky print subscription is that many (most?) articles are freely available on the BYO site anyway. Don’t waste your money.

Good email but no magazine
The email articles are very informative as they address brewing on many levels from beginner to brew master. As far a a magazine is concerned,,, I haven't received either a link to online version or a hard copy through the mail.. Are the email articles the magazine??
