Description

Booster Blanc is a Specific Inactivated Yeast (SIY) developed from an ICV strain used for white and rose wines. Booster Blanc helps to increase fresh varietal fruit aromas and mid-palate intensity while helping to diminish bitterness and chemical/vegetal characteristics. Booster Blanc is very useful for maintaining the aroma and freshness of wines that go through MLF and helps lower the production of off sulfur compounds during fermentation. Add to the juice at the beginning of the fermentation. Recommended for whites, roses, meads and fruit wines.

To Use:
Add Booster Blanc to 10 times its weight in water and add to the wine as soon as it is dissolved. Stir the entire wine volume completely to ensure homogenization.

Recommended dosage: 1g/gal

A rough approximate of weight is 1 tsp = 3.4 grams. We highly recommend using a scale to weigh the product for an accurate dose. We do not recommend relying on these rough conversions for accurate dosage rates.

Use this in mead
If you aren't using this in Mead for your traditionals, it's time to up your game and step up into making amazing mead. Add this to your primary fermentation along with some ft Tannin Blanc Soft and the mouthfeel you get will be amazing.
