No one likes waiting, and the QuickCarb keg carbonator by Blichmann Engineering is the way to eliminate the wait from carbonating your homebrew.  This high-pressure co2-injection system from Blichmann Engineering™ will carbonate a keg in 30 minutes, with no chance of over carbonating your beer.  All connectors are included, and the unit hangs from the front of your keg.

Use is simple,  just sanitize the unit using the built in pump, and connect hoses to your Keg and CO2 system.  Turn on the gas, plug in the unit, and 30-40 minutes later, your beer will be perfectly carbonated.  Cleanup is just as easy, as you can run cleaner and sanitizer through the system using the pump as well.

I have been having issues with achieving the right amount of carbonation. I currently force carbonate by shaking my kegs. I am hoping this will solve that problem.

Hello, in my country the voltage is 220 volts, that means I can not use the Blichmann QuickCarb?
BEST ANSWER: I never heard of a 220volt only system, that doesn't have 120 volt! I retired from a Electrical Utility being a Power lineman and Engineering Technologists so I would advise you to locate your local Utility and ask for some help.
Will this work right out of the box for Sanke kegs, or will I need to get that attachment?
Tannis Bush on Mar 24, 2018
BEST ANSWER: The tubing comes with ball lock fitting for corny kegs.
Unit works really well. You will like it.

There are a few questions I would like to ask before purchasing this product.

1) Is it for 110V? Can you use only the adapters in 220V countries?

2) I have a lot of Torpedo 1.5 gallon kegs for the size of the refrigerator, and I wonder if the time to carbonize 1.5 gallons is shorter.
Jason Lee on Apr 6, 2018
BEST ANSWER: This item is for 110V, the time for carbonating will take less time if you use a smaller keg.
Can I connect this gadget to 220V? What's the power needed for the motor?
Dianne (Miha) Phillips on Mar 23, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Standard 110v plug is needed.

Great product.
Worked as described. No issues at all. I didn’t have any fitting leaks as some have reported and I used what it came with. May have overcarbonated a bit but that is likely my error.

Best Investment I've Made Thus Far
I love my quick carb. I have a 1 BBL home brew system, so being able to quickly carb kegs is great. This works as advertised and I can go from sanitation to carbing to cleanup in just about an hour and fifteen minutes to an hour and a half. This is my first piece of Blichmann equipment and it's some of the highest quality equipment that I've seen.

fantastic product
I just unpacked it and tried it for the first time. It works as intended. It is well packed in hard plastic box.

info for EU customers, product comes with power supply which also works on 220v-240v network.

A keeper
Received it about a week ago and have used it 3 times so far. Here’s what I learned.

1) for me it technically came with an extra hose. I have quick connects for my co2 lines in to my corny kegs. Just unscrew the quick connect and thread it on the gas line in on the quickcarb and you’re in business.

2) like everyone else, the crimped clamps don’t work. I was leaking beer all over the place. Order a couple of the screw down clamps and you should be good to go. Yes. What a waste that blichmann can’t test their hoses or use ones that don’t fail right out of the box. Annoying. Very annoying.

3) it works great! Use the handy chart and set it and forget it. Go back to brewing. Really happy with it. Sure, kick the can works. But that takes effort, and well I have an injured arm. And if you need a lot of carbonation for say a wheat or something this just does it with minimal effort.

Just get new clamps.

Not completely necessary but definitely worth the buy
Those product is solid. Well built. Works like a champ. I've seen SO many people try to DIY trying to save a few bucks. By the time you piece everything together, you are better off buying this kit. Quality parts and even a very nice hard case to keep everything together. In terms of carbonation it's great as long as you pay attention to the temp of the beer and the amount of CO2 you're forcing. Don't believe the claim that it wont OVER CARBONATE.. cuz it will! Use a spunding valve to fix if needed.. but it RARELY happens.

Works well
This device does work as advertised. It is quiet while operating and carbonates like its supposed to. Assembly takes some getting used to but isn't very difficult. My only problem are the plastic fittings and the clamps that the device comes with. The plastic fittings on the pump I would think might break if they are tighten down on to much and if that happens the pump would be useless. I understand to keep costs down plastic was used but it would be worth extra the cost to have threaded metal fittings instead of hose clamps. Other than that this pump works well and CO2 use if very minimal.
