I have a stand alone Camp Chef burner. How/where do I mount this shield?

BEST ANSWER: You drill 4 holes into your burner and the "shield" wherever you want them to be. You can also bend the thin metal however it suits you. It's a "universal", do-whatever-you-want, 8"x3" sized chunk of thin stainless and nothing more.

I drilled and then riveted mine to the burner stand. Then just make sure to position you valve over the shield when flame is on. Optionally you can just place it under the valve and kettle each time you place kettle on burner.
